You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or exchange, in accordance with Irish consumer protection laws. The return period begins on the day after you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been damaged, altered, or used may not be eligible for return.

If you are returning an item because it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
If you are returning an item for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if you choose the shipping method.

In accordance with Irish and European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This right applies to distance contracts and off-premises contracts.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by clear statement (e.g., by email or through our contact form).
If you cancel the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
For custom orders, cancellation may be subject to different terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of order placement.
If you cancel an order before shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be issued to the same bank account.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
